Yes.. some suggestions.       06/07/04 04:00 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Yep, boy do I have them. My last one like that was in November. Same thing happened to me. I make sure I have Ginger for naseau and dizziness. Gravol as my back-up just in case. For the panic attacks I have Buscopan it's also an antispasmatic (so it relaxes you). You are supposed to take on at a time but when my IBS attacks are extremely bad I end up taking 3 at a time (I okayed it with my doctor). It knocks me out. So if i'm really freaking out and need to relax and get some sleep I take 2-3 Buscopan (though I recommend anyone doing that checks with their doctor first). Then I can relax and sleep and don't have that drug hangover that other pills give you. I also have valium for traveling because I am so nervous so if I need to I can take one of those instead. I find sleeping pills make me twitchy and make everything worse. Think calm thoughts! I find once you know you have solutions for your IBS it cuts down on the attacks.
