Need help! Which SFS to take?       06/05/04 07:04 PM Edit Reply Quote ibsgrl Reged: 04/18/04 Posts: 1060 Loc: Canada Hi Everyone, Well, I have a doctors appointment this Monday and after all I've learned here its pretty obvious that a soluble fiber supplement is a necessity. Anyway, I want to discuss it with my doctor as well but was hoping that someone could recommend the best one for my symptoms, as I don't know if certain ones are better for different types of IBS. I know Acacia is probably the most liked by everyone here, but I want to buy one from my pharmacy first and then maybe switch once I see if it helps me. Anyway, my main symptoms are bloating, pain and constipation. I'm currenly taking Zelnorm - I have been on it for a month now.
