Hi Basically I eat 2 eggs and cheese for breakfast, salad,tuna or turkey for lunch and chicken,beef and veg. for dinner. I snack on fruit, nuts and seeds. Can you give me some advice as to how to ease into the iBS diet.I would really appreciate it because right now I am starving and I don't know what to eat as my body hasn't seen bread or sugar for 9 months!!!
