I usually eat the same thing everyday so I definitely need to experiment a little also. I eat chicken and mashed potatoes basically every night cause I never want to test something out and be sick that night! Im not a big fan of spicy food and never was so I dont have a problem there. I am going to use your advice and try eating more of what I already eat though - that will probably help a lot - at least until I find more foods!
