I hope everyone had a good memorial day weekend. I had an awesome time with my friends and I actually felt normal for 2 days! Then here I am back at work and I've already gone to the bathroom 2 times and I've only been here 30 minutes. I just took librax which hopefully will help, but I feel like everytime I take a step forward, I end up taking 2 backwards within days. I guess I just need reassurance that it will get better....
Thanks for listening.
ps- i am going to a nutritionist on thursday, so maybe that will help?
