I'm also able to eat raw veggies in sandwiches such as lettuce and tomato, as well as salads made of lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. But one time I ate a bunch of baby carrots dipped in dressing, and ooooouuch! Also raw cawliflower is bad, which sucks cause I used to love to eat it. So I try to stick with "sandwich veggies" for raw, and have everything else cooked.
