Just butting in .....I am so sorry you are having such a hard time. Bev always has such great advice. I do think it would be a good idea to keep a food diary again. Don't forget to record if you are taking a different vitamin, mints, gum or just about anything you put in your mouth and always read labels. I was running myself crazy wondering what was causing my "D" attacks a few weeks ago. I checked my vitamins and found they had just recently added mannitol (like sorbitol) and I had been taking these vitamins a long time so it was just by chance I checked the label. I quit taking them and the "D" stopped. Why do they have to go changing things when they were just fine!!! Boy, did I feel like a detective solving a case. Also, you mentioned teriyaki. Sometimes these sauces have sorbitol or HFCS in them. I also agree with Bev about the stress. That is the root of most of my IBS attacks!!!
