I'm a "C" and can do apple sauce, apple deserts and just about anything apple. Cooked mostly, but when I'm REAL stable, and after a meal of highly soluble foods I can eat a small, organic raw apple.

I can tolerate dates but many can't.

Citus is a trigger for almost everyone, be a C or D.

Most can tolerate berries, either cooked or in a smoothie....

Peaches and pears seem to be ok as well as they are higher in soluble fiber.

You'll just have to test ones, in small amounts to see what works best for you. It helps to be stable before testing any of these. When I'm in attack mode, I don't eat any fruits, only highly soluble veggies, like squashes.
