It's when I have a lot of gas that's blocked. It's sometimes so bad I am doubling over in pain. Lying down helps, and... of course ... passing the gas. Peppermint tea works, and fennel tea is also good for bloating. If you find the pain eases after passing gas, maybe try the fennel. -------------------- Formerly HanSolo.
