Welcome, walkergirl! I'm a walker girl too!! My favorite form of exercise, too easy for even a lazy bones like me to avoid!

Now that you've found this site, you'll find lots of good info. But I have two immediate suggestions for your lunch problem. First, limit your lunch menu to one of Heather's "what to eat when you can't eat anything" list click here for list , like a plain bagel or plain white rice or a plain baked potato. Second, take 1 Imodium tablet as a preventive mid-morning.

Those two things will help you get stabilized while you're starting to implement some of the other suggestions here like taking a soluble fiber supplement, giving up coffee and alcohol, limiting your fried foods and red meat, etc.
