Canada I have found when I am gonna get an attack it starts with the slightest pain in my left side and it feels like I am ovulating. However, later in day, early evening it turns into some severe cramps, which I have learnt is IBS-C. (I must beginning to alternate). I find that as soon as I get them, I take a tylenol and sit down with my heating pad and using nip it in the bud so to speak! It really works.
