I took it for a while - it really helped me stabilise and get on with life. I only took 1 tablet a day and even that made me a bit C (but I prefered being C as it was a nice change from months of D!). You can actually get it in liquid form so that you can take a really small dose, but you might need a specialist pharmacy for that. I'd up your SFS for a while to help get you back to normal.
