I was scared to death to drink the stuff. I will tell you - it is NASTY, but I drank it plain, really fast with my nose plugged. Going to the bathroom is really not bad at ALL, it doesn't hurt - just like Evan said. But (this sounds funny) - buy baby wipes!!
