I read so many posts from people who had good results with it... I hope it will help for my pain, contipation, spasms and bloating (these are my main symptoms)... When I looked on the link "shop for ibs", I saw a special if you buy the 2 books and the acacia. I was wondering, is there a lot more info on the diet in the books compared to the site? There's so much info on this site. Besides the recipies, what are the major difference between the books and the sites? I saw on the sites that there's 256 paged on the "eating for ibs".
