I found this at a grocery store and thought it was pretty good! (Okay, I did put some Tabasco sauce on it for flavour but otherwise it was good!).
These are soup packets similar style to Top Ramen but I think they are SAFE! They are not deep fried and they do contain a small packet of oil along with the soup mix which you can choose to use or not to use. The one I had didn't have MSG in it but I imagine that the soup mix may not be great health wise...
