It's the same as Fibercon and Citrucel capsules, but it works better. Really, you'll be amazed at the stuff! You can get it online: Equalactin Yes, if you take the acacia before bed, then you don't want to take it before dinner as well. You want to maintain the same dosage, unless you intend to start increasing it, and then just do it really slowly.
