I noticed peanuts and PB bothering me even before discovering Heather's diet, so I've been using soynuts and soynut butter instead. The few times I have tried more than just a tiny bit of PB it's bothered me, so it doesn't seem like a passing phase. Now today I ate part of a "Nuts over Chocolate" Luna Bar for the first time without thinking about it and a few minutes later had to run to the bathroom with cramping (luckily not a full-fledged attack). Sure enough, upon further investigation it contains peanut butter.
To make a long story short, is anyone else bothered by peanuts, or is it just me? No other nuts give me problems like this so I'm just curious!
