To be honest, this is the first time that I've heard about this fiber supplement. I found the web page for it and checked out the ingredient: maltodextrin. Unfortunately, I've never heard of this ingredient either. I found the definition on a web page as "easily digestible carbohydrates made from natural corn starch. The starch is cooked, and then acid and/or enzymes are used to break the starch into smaller polymers (a process similar to that used by the body to digest carbohydrate)".
