Yes I did try Dicetel and it didn't work for me at all...my doctor told me it could take up to a couple months for it to work but I really saw no results at all. I then switched to Modulon. It's like Dicetel in that you have to take it 3 times/day with meals. I was taking 100mg of Dicetel 3 times/day but with the Modulon I'm taking 200mg 3 times/day. My doc told me that if I didn't see results with it within a month then to stop taking it. Well I took it for 2-3 weeks and then started to see some major improvement!! I still get the occassional bad tummy day where I'm grumbly and gassy but other than that...I have not felt this great in years!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll keep working for me cuz I hear that sometimes antispasmodics will stop working after a while.
