I know only too well how awful they truly are. The only things that I can think of that would cause problems are the apple juice, the V8 and the tylenol cold. The apple juice and V8 are highly acidic and will give me D every time. I avoid them like the plague. Try cranberry juice instead (make sure it's not a cocktail - it usually has apple juice). The tylenol cold I'm guessing can cause upsets because they've bothered me before too. I have no idea why, but some medications will cause upsets. So, dust yourself off and take a deep breath. Be kind to your tummy today. Stick to soluble fiber (I love the "what to eat when you can't eat anything" section of Heather's Eating Guidelines) and drink plenty of peppermint tea.
