Is your computer shutting down all the time and running super-slowly? You need to update your virus software and your virus definitions, and do a virus scan immediately. If you don't know how to do this, go to Microsoft's website. If you don't have any anti-virus software, get some! McAfee and Norton are both very good. Hope this helps!
