Fiber supplements       05/06/04 04:07 PM Edit Reply Quote Jess B. Reged: 04/14/04 Posts: 2 About a year and a half before I was diagnosed with IBS, I had severe constipation problems and was told to take fiber pills. After taking them my C got better but they gave me severe D. I now take fiber wafers and I don't understand why those don't bother me but pills do. Any ideas? P.S.
