Last weekend, my fiancé and I went to an health food fair. It was terrific! We got to try many new products.

At a vegetarian asian restaurant stand, I tried a small piece of vegetarian ham. They told me it was made with soy protein. I thought it tasted pretty much like ham and I was pretty amazed. Does any of you know if vegetarian ham is safe? I couldn't get her to tell me what else was in it...

Also, at the same stand, I tried a vegetarian sushi. Are algeas safe? Or would they be a source of insoluble fiber we should have with soluble fiber?
We're looking forward to going out to that place for dinner!

I think regular sushis are safe as well... Am I right?
