i would definitely go back to the doctor if i were you and get that colonoscopy. i think it's very important! the BMs you're describing aren't normal, and i know you realize that or you wouldn't be here! i just hate to see people suffer any discomfort that they don't have to...
i hope that you give this diet a try, really commit to it, because i believe that it will help you. i know many of us don't really understand HOW it works! our doctors don't even know about this kind of thing. but it has made a lot of us feel so much better.
