refined flour=constipation?       05/04/04 08:11 PM Edit Reply Quote fishnets Reged: 10/09/03 Posts: 515 Loc: MA I've been hearing people say lately that white flour causes constipation, is this something that is true for some people and not others? I'm just wondering because I was thinking of going without white bread/other white stuff and seeing if it helps. Should I bother trying?
