Try dropping the black tea for now to see how you feel. Even though it's decaf, the tannins in the tea cause some people problems. Once you feel better, try adding it back in and see how you feel.

Try drinking fennel tea - it works great for bloating. If you can't stand the taste, try mixing it with another type of herbal tea (peppermint is what I use) to help mask the flavor.

Since you are using Zelnorm and you haven't had a major BM, I'm assuming you are IBS-C? If so, you may want to slowly add some insolubles back in to help get things moving. Try adding a smoothie in there somewhere, or blending up some veggies for a soup. And of course, always have these with some sort of soluble fiber base.

I think you are on the right track.
