i am a "d", so i am beginning to think i need to try need fiber supplement. i was just at gnc looking at supplements, and i have another ?. is dietary fiber another way of saying insoluble. for instance, if a supplement had 7 grams soluble fiber per spoonful and 7 grams dietary fiber, is it 50/50 soluble/insoluble? another ? for u, does citrucel have any insoluble fiber in it at all? i saw on the label it is a soluble fiber supplement. metamucil has both, would citrucel perhaps cause constipation every since it only has soluble? thanks for your help, i may try citrucel here sooner then later, do u know what its contents are per spoonful? i am sure i can look it up. ty again
