Bev - Flax seed oil question       04/23/04 01:29 PM Edit Reply Quote crc Reged: 03/01/04 Posts: 161 Loc: Maine Bev, I was reading that taking omega 3 oils such as flax seed oil is supposed to help us IBSers. But I have also heard that it gives some people the dreaded D. Since you are an IBS-D and I think you said you were taking flax seed oil I was wondering if you might tell me if it has affected you in any adverse ways??
