I would call them up again BEFORE the weekend and tell them in EXCRUCIATING DETAIL what you are going thru. Particularly the D every 20 minutes and get very specific advice about what to do. Fluids would be very important at this point I would think to avoid dehydration. Call them soon and update us over the weekend.
