I took too much acacia at first 2tbsp in one day. Of course, I was in extreme pain for days. It has been 3 days and I am still in pain. I am eating rice, noodles, applesauce and drinking my tea, peppermint and fennel. Well, last night I felt so much better and this morning all I ate was the rice and lemon recipe in the cookbook and bread. I also took my vitamins, C, E, calcium, black cohosh, multiple vitamin, enteric peppermint and am in pain again...spasms, bloating, pain in back and legs...I'm at a loss as to what caused this again. I'm not on any fiber until this calms down. HELP!
