Its just another soluble fiber supplement. We all know certain ones work better for certain people but I believe these 2 have the same active ingredient. It helps us C people the same as another other fiber supplement. You have to take a LOT more of the pills to get the same amount os soluble fiber as you do with the powders, so I switched from Fibercon to Acacia. But I have a bottle of fibercon with me where ever I go. Does that help?? I'm sure Bevrs will be able to answer more clearly! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
