Equalactin vs Acacia? Also a ?? about Soy       04/22/04 06:44 PM Edit Reply Quote DanaNoel Reged: 04/06/04 Posts: 144 Loc: Houston, Texas Hello everyone, I have 2 quick questions. 1. What is the difference between equalactin and acacia? Which one is the better choice of daily fiber? At the moment I am taking citricel but thinking about switching. I have heard a lot of good things about both acacia and equalactin from the boards and it seems that a lot of you guys are taking both. 2. I drink a lot of soy. I was just wondering since soy is actually a bean, is it considered a soluable fiber? I want to drink soy shakes as my snack in between meals to try and gain some weight, but I need to make sure the soy milk can count as my soluable fiber base.
