Hey everyone,
I have been cutting trigger foods out of my diet for going on three weeks now, but I had my first attack since then last Sunday. I was sick all day and better by Monday, but I hadn't been able to "go" since then, until this morning and it was just a little. (By the way I am a D) I have been drinking lots of fennel tea, and some ginger and peppermint tea. The first two weeks the tea was keeping me regular, but obviously isn't working anymore! I'm worried that it is going to come back with a vengeance, in the form of D. I am also going out of state this weekend, three hours away! I haven't started a fiber supp yet, I am waiting til I return. (Don't want to try something my body has to get used to right before I leave). Anyone have any ideas how I can handle this if it continues? I'm so worried!
