Its soo mild and only bothers her during her period. THATS IT! She eat meat, dairy, HFCS, anything! She once ate cheesecake and a hersheys choclate bar for breakfast, haha!! Her doc told her to eat lots of fiber and now she eats brown rice alot and bran around her pd to avoid the D, but she gets it anyway..but stilL! Talk about a MILD case of IBS!!
