Help Please! Abdominal Ultrasound Prep       04/20/04 10:12 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hello Everyone, I'm having an abdominal ultrasound Thursday and I work late tomorrow night, so I'm trying to figure out what I can take with me to work to have to eat. The preparation says that my dinner needs to be fat-free, and I just don't know how rigid they are with that and I can't contact them to check. I was just going to have plain white rice (no soy butter or anything) but I noticed rice does have like 0.2g of fat in it, so I wasn't sure if that was a problem...does anyone know?
