I had been back on track and feeling so much better since Feb. I went to work and the snacks available in our library that day were chocolate and cookies. So what did I do? I started snacking on both. Hours later, I was rushing home to the bathroom and spent two hours with an attack. I hadn't had an attack like that since stomach flu hit me in Feb. Definitely my fault! It's so hard sometimes, especially when you feel good b/c you think it's ok. Those cramps and D taught me my lesson, too. I walked by chocolate ever since and just kept walking.
