fiber and bloating, need advice??       04/19/04 06:31 AM Edit Reply Quote Bethany Reged: 02/27/04 Posts: 128 Loc: Nashville, TN Hey guys, man it feels like I haven't been on for a while. The weather was too pretty this weekend to be inside! I was wondering about fiber supplements and bloating. I rarely have attacks anymore, but I still can't seem to get rid of this bloating. Do any of you notice that once you stayed on the fiber supplements the bloating gradually decreased? I started on fiber a while ago but stopped b/c I felt more bloated while taking it.
