But at least i've found that out. After looking online, i think i've got it narrowed down to a huge flourescent blue slurpie I drank last night that may have caused the green poo. I guess food coloring can do that to ya. Anyways, to answer your question, I have no changed my diet much at all. but I guess that that will be the only way to help conquer this thing. I hate not being able to eat what I want. I wish something could just magically fix all of us.. and that we could eat ANYTHING. oh well.. As for the fiber.. should I stay on this kind.. how long should you try each fiber to see if it works for you? I've had quite a few attacks today.. and I've been taking the fiber but then again its barely been 2 whole days.
