Hello!
I remembered hearing about green poo before (I believe it's not usually anything to serious) so I did a search and found some of the more common causes of green poo:
Here are the most common causes of green stools. They include:
- large amounts of green, leafy vegetables
- green or purple artificial coloring (popsicles, Kool-Aid, gelatin)
- iron supplements
- rapid transit or decreased colonic transit time.
Any of those apply to you? I'd just keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse or is bothersome see a doctor.
