Whoa - don't mean to step on toes, but I did that kashi cereal - it IS all natural but that is some tough stuff to digest!! Like 10 g of insoluble fiber or something. That stuff KILLED me, I was trying so hard to overcome IBS-C that I was loading up like crazy on insol fiber, before learing about all this of course, and all it did was cramp me up and double me over. Anyway, just saying careful on the kashi cereal unless you are looking for insol fiber.
