In fact, I am so bored with cooking and eating that I just can't be bothered to fuss at all. I've just lost all interest in cooking and the three shelves of cookbooks in my bookcase are just collecting dust. I just make one large pot of whatever (usually something with turkey) on Sunday afternoon and I eat the leftovers for dinner every night (Monday to Thursday) because I don't have time to cook when I get home from work and I can't have anything ready made. If friends visit, I usually have to make them a separate meal. On the bright side, I am trying out chicken, turkey and fish dishes with some wonderful new organic dried herbs I recently found. I bought the herbs at Pusateri's in Toronto and the aroma / flavour is devine! Belinda Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
