1/2 tsp?       04/13/04 06:28 AM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 Oh my gosh! If you guys are only taking 1/2 tsp. of Citrucel, then I must be OD'ing on this stuff. I sure thought you had to take a lot more of it---for it to be effective. I use at least 1 of those big scoops that come with it---sometimes even 2--- 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Is there harm in using too much of this? (I don't think it's hurting anything but my pocketbook!) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
