Gee, you picked two of the toughest veggies to digest. If you HAVE to have those two particular veggies, I'd throw them in soup stock and cook them to death.

How about something a little easier on your tummy, like sweet potatoes -- or what about a nice baked potato? You want green? Okay, how about some peas; you could add them to boiled rice or throw them in your salad (don't forget the soluble fiber first!). Or how about zucchini? You could just saute them in a LITTLE soy butter.

I'd kill for my fave Chinese cabbage salad, but I just don't dare; cabbage is SOOOO tough on the tummy! And I wouldn't dare go near beans or corn.
