Thanks for your reply. I've been anxiously awaiting it. Youse guys have me scared about trying alternative butters and cheeses now, although I'm really tired of eating dry breads and toast. I'm even skeptical about trying any soy products now for fear of reaction. I've always been sensitive to vegetables such as onion, garlic, brocoli etc. so I'm thinking I'll have problems with soy.
I've been cheating here and there with chocolate, so I guess why not butter substitutes if in perspective. Things are stablized now and I hate to jeopardize that. But the butter thing is always lingering in the back of my mind. And I need to cheat on caffine for my low BP, but haven't.
Thanks for your reply and as for the Willow Run; the 2nd ingredient behind soybean oil is partially hydrogenated soybean oil. So, into the trash it goes, and I'll look for the non-hydrogenated kind. Smart Balance may be worth a try.
