The one thing that seems to do the trick is slippery elm bark powder. One teaspoon in the glass of water followed by several more glasses of water usually stops the D. I am constipated the next day - thankfully, but feeling better after that. I think it works because it has a lot of pectin in it which is supposed to stop D. My nutritionist also recommends grated apple. The grating releases the pectin. Unfortunately this one doesn't work for me. As well, I've just started the hyno tapes and am seeing success.
