Mags is right. Soy Garden is fat. True, it's soy, but it's still fat. You have to use it sparingly. The thing about Soy Garden -- and there are others out there too -- it's NON-HYDROGENATED. That's what you want to look for -- non-hydrogenated.

I can't get Soy Garden at the grocery store; I have to go down to the health food store to get it. If you're not looking for soy, but still want a non-hydrogenated "butter," then you might try Smart Balance. It's non-hydrogenated and actually contains a little less fat than Soy Garden (9g. as opposed to 11g.). I don't THINK Smart Balance contains MSG, but I KNOW Soy Garden does not. They sneak that stuff into our foods and disguise the name so we don't know it's in there. The ingredients on Smart Balance don't sound like MSG, but what do I know?

Check the carton of your Willow Run and see if it's NON-HYDROGENATED. And be sure to use it sparingly -- it still is FAT.
