If my answer isn't with all the others, my vote is to speak up! The judge will ask if there's any reason why you feel you can't serve, say yes! If you're embarrassed to speak out in front of the attorneys, just look the judge in the eyes, ignore everyone around you, and say you have a personal physical problem and would be glad to explain it to him (or his bailiff) in private. I know I owe you an e-mail, and I promise I'll get it to you real soon. I'm spending WAAAAY too much time on these boards!
