Water.... Getting Old?       03/31/04 01:39 PM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State You need to become addicted to it. My best friend is hooked on water. She drinks more than anyone I've ever seen. When I was working with her, she was always filling her sports bottle from the office cooler. I asked her how many she has a day, and she said she estimates she drinks around 20 cups a day. While that sounds excessive, she's NEVER had a bladder infection -- NEVER! And she told me it's really helped keep her from eating (she's got a GREAT figure!). When I asked how I can get addicted to the stuff, she said that the more you drink it, the more you want to drink it. After awhile, you really crave it. I'm working on that addiction thing, but I haven't made it yet.
