Asthma and Caffeine? Any suggestions?       03/31/04 12:11 AM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hey Guys, I posted not too long ago about whether having a small amount of Coke would be a big problem, and really appreciated the great info I got! I have one more caffeine related question. I have mild asthma which is normally completely under control (hardly ever even need my puffer), but I find when it starts to act up caffeine used to really help me. I'd have a coffee or a coke or something and more often than not, that would help me enough that I might not need my puffer. My question is, if I wanted to have some caffeine for that purpose, is there an optimal drink to have that's the "safest" for IBS? Or, does anyone else have asthma and have any suggestions? Thanks!
