SO, I have been trying to follow the IBS diet for a couple weeks now. I do actually feel a little better, but the C doesn't seem to have gotten any better. I think the acacia is adding bulk (eww, sorry) but I am not having a frequent luck going. I drink lots of peppermint and fennel tea, and gotten up to 2 tablespoons of Acacia a day (at separate times) with a large glass of water or tea. Here's what I ate today: Breakfast: oatmeal Midmorn Snack: dry Life cereal Lunch: Qunioa w/ large chicken breast Afternoon snack: large banana Dinner: Sourdough toast, egg white and turkey bacon sandwich (I know it's breakfast-y, but YUM) This is pretty regular for me, except sometimes I substitute a baked potato in there or some noodle or rice. I think I am doing everything right! I haven't been excercising, but have been working A LOT and am on my feet moving all day, so I know I'm not sedentary. Any suggestions? My tummy hurts!!!
